Book is near fine in brown grained boards with gilt lettering...text is tight and clean...appears unread...236 pages with sharp edges and corners...small dark stain at top text edge near spine is only detraction from an otherwise fine rating...DJ is near fine with no tears and only slight bumps...SIGNED BY AUTHOR with presentation to former owner on title page...an extraordinary find in this very nice condition.
